An Engineer from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, He has an excellent academic track record and exemplary leadership and project management skills. He also worked briefly for a period of two years with Reliance Industries Ltd., the largest private sector player in INDIA and a Fortune 500 company. His present assignments include business process analysis, project risk management, information systems auditing, etc.

Mr.Jain represents as the Technical Director at a major Energy Management Software Solutions company having its presence at United States, Europe, England, Japan & other countries. A B.Tech.(Electronics) from BITS, Ranchi he brings with him a rich experience of over 7 years in the software services industry. Instrumental in setting up of Qualcrest Mr.B.M.Dasot is a practicing Chartered Accountant in India and has a vast experience of over 30 Years in matters related to Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Corporate Law and Management Advisory Services. He has been the member of the council of Jaipur chapter of ICAI ( Institue of Chartered Accountants of India) for 10 years and was elected 2 times as the chairman. Besides he is a regular contributory to a number of financial & tax magazines published out of India.

Mr.Maheshwari started his career as a practicing Charterred Accountatnt around 30 years back. He moved on to become the CEO of a renowned business group of Nepal having business interests in Nepal, India, Maldives, Singapore and other countries. With around 20 years experience at the helm of the business group he is also a consultant to number of business houses in India. He has vast experience in Accounting, Taxation and Corporate Laws and Management Consultancy.
